RubyConf Taiwan 2012

大分遅いエントリだけど12/7,8にRubyConf Taiwan 2012に参加してきました。

海外のカンファレンスへの参加も初、LTだけどトークも初で非常に良い経験になりました。

LT で喋ったこと

• Rubyのパッケージングとかつらい
• rbenvとpuppetで構築の楽をしよう
• gemに関してはjenkinsで管理しよう

というのが内容です。実際にこのやり方を使ってるサービスもありますが、まだ色々模索中です。
ただrbenvをproduction環境で使うというのは普通にありなのは実感しています。

It's first time for me to attend the conference at overseas. I'm very very glad to my first attendance of overseas conference was Taiwan because people are very kind and food is excellent.
